Marketing Intern, Puzzle Pieces Marketing
MAAC Website Navigation
I led the development of a website navigation slide deck for a brand refresh, focusing on alignment with the brand's identity and incorporating SEO best practices to boost online visibility and enhance search engine rankings. This project involved strategically planning user experiences and deciding which of the over 60 pages to keep, combine, or revise from an SEO perspective. The primary goal was to ensure the site was easy to use and well-organized, emphasizing user experience while providing carefully considered recommendations for optimizing each aspect of the website’s design and functionality.

MAAC Meeting Agenda
Assisted in client meetings, actively engaging in discussions and providing valuable input to support marketing strategies. My involvement included familiarizing myself with the agenda and to-do lists for different project management segments, which were critical to organizing the progression of our initiatives. My aim was to ensure that these meetings were productive, objectives were clear, and action items were effectively communicated and assigned, leading to a coherent and focused approach to achieving our marketing goals.
Competitor Analysis
For the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, I did research initiative to inform the development of a tailored campaign. I did this by analyzing the industry, market positioning, and target audience to tailor marketing strategies for effective campaign execution.

Scholarship Plan
I developed a targeted outreach strategy that brought innovative ideas to the table, markedly boosting the application numbers for Puzzle Pieces Marketing’s LGBTQ & BIPOC Female scholarships. This strategy was particularly focused on engaging with high schools within San Diego County and non-profits that share similar values to Puzzle Pieces Marketing. Additionally, I crafted a pair of email templates for Angel’s future use, streamlining the communication process.
